We begin with a confidential consultation to understand the property, the access arrangements, and the level of service required. Our coordinators explain the scope and timeline before any work begins.

Isolation & Remediation
The work area is contained and protected, and specialized removal of biohazardous materials is carried out using controlled, documented procedures. Air and surfaces are managed throughout.

Deep Decontamination
Surfaces, structural materials, and contents are cleaned and disinfected with professional-grade products. Odor removal and air treatment follow to return the property to a safe, neutral condition.

Final Property Handover
A detailed final walkthrough documents the completed work. We provide records suitable for property clearance and insurance review, and we remain available for any follow-up questions.
