Frequently asked questions
Answers about cleanup, insurance, and privacy
Clear, practical information on how we handle insurance documentation, odor elimination, containment standards, and confidentiality from the first call through property clearance.
Insurance and documentation
Working with insurance claims
Can you help with an insurance claim?
Yes. We provide itemized documentation of the work performed, photographs taken during service where appropriate, and disposal records that adjusters and claims teams commonly request. We can also coordinate directly with your insurer or property manager.
What documentation do you provide?
Each engagement includes a written scope of work, a summary of cleaning and disinfection steps, waste manifests for regulated materials, and a final clearance report. Records are shared only with parties you authorize.
Odor and containment
Odor removal and containment standards
How is decomposition odor removed?
Odor is addressed at its source. Affected materials are removed where necessary, surfaces are cleaned and disinfected, and specialized treatments are applied to structural materials. Air handling and sealing are used to keep residual odor from spreading to neighboring areas.
How do you contain the work area?
We isolate the work area with sealed barriers, controlled airflow, and sealed waste containers. Our crews follow established biohazard handling practices and applicable health regulations throughout the process.
Privacy and discretion
Confidentiality and neighborhood privacy
Will neighbors know what happened?
We arrive in unmarked vehicles, work without external signage, and keep the site clear of visible equipment whenever possible. Nothing about the work is discussed with neighbors or the public.
How is my information protected?
Details you share with us are used only to plan and complete the work and to meet documentation requirements. They are kept confidential and are never shared outside the engagement without your permission.
Still have a question?
If your question is not answered here, we are glad to talk it through by phone or in writing, discreetly and without obligation.
